Reset filters Follow
If you can't find the needed issue, check the filter icon. If the filter icon is solid filled, then a filter is active. To show all the issues (except completed issues and private issues that you cannot see), click "Reset filter" in "Issue Tracker."
On the "Custom Filter" tab, you can reset individual categories by clicking on the cross.
The filter icon with a cross next to the "Save filter" button means that filtering categories are enabled.
This button is identical to the "Reset filter" button.
You can also note that when you reset the filters, the "Status category" filter is turned on and completed issues are hidden by default.
To see completed issues, in "Custom Filter," reset the "Status category" filter.
