Overview

The performance of the Revizto application varies depending on hardware. The minimum requirements are suitable for small projects on low graphical settings.

PC

Minimum requirements for working with projects

The computer that will run the Revizto application must meet the following minimum requirements:

• Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit) or Windows 11.

• Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable 2022 (included in the Revizto installation package).

• .NET Desktop Runtime version 6.0.9, or a later patch to version 6.0 (included in the Revizto installation package).

• Intel Core i5 "Sandy Bridge" CPU, or a similar one.

  CPUs of ARM family are not supported.

• NVIDIA GeForce GTX 750, Intel Graphics HD 4000, or a similar performing GPU.

• 8 GB of RAM.

If your computer meets these requirements:

• The Revizto application will be able to handle 80 MB models with around 100 sheets.
• You can set the graphics view in the Revizto application preferences to any value up to "Fast."

Recommended requirements for working with projects

The following software and hardware are recommended for the computer that will run the Revizto application:

• Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit) or Windows 11.

• Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable 2022 (included in the Revizto installation package).

• .NET Desktop Runtime version 6.0.9, or a later patch to version 6.0 (included in the Revizto installation package).

• Solid-state drive (SSD).

• Intel Core i7 8700K CPU, or a similar one.

  CPUs of ARM family are not supported.

• NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2060 Super or a similar performing GPU.

• 32 GB of RAM.

If your computer meets these requirements:

• The Revizto application will be able to handle 2 GB models with around 2000 sheets.
• You can set the graphics view in the Revizto application preferences to any value, including "Fantastic."
• Bigger models are supported as well, but they might require top-notch hardware configurations.

Viewing 3D models with a high level of detail requires a graphics card, preferably a gaming one.

Requirements for exporting projects

The account that you use to run scheduled export must be a member of the Administrators group.

Hardware requirements for exporting projects to Revizto might vary. They heavily depend on the software that you are exporting from, the size of the model, and the number of sheets.

The export usually requires more RAM than just working with that project in an authoring tool. For large projects, we recommend that you have 64 or even 128 GB of RAM on the computer where you run the export.

For CPUs, it is better to have powerful cores rather than a higher core count.

GPU is barely used for export, so it doesn't matter.

Mac

The computer that will run the Revizto application must meet the following minimum requirements:

• Mac OS 10.12 Sierra or later.
• Apple M1 or M2, or Intel Core i5 "Sandy Bridge" CPU.
• Intel Graphics HD 4000.
• 8 GB of RAM.

If your computer meets these requirements:

• The Revizto application will be able to handle 80 MB models with around 100 sheets.
• You can set the graphics view in the Revizto application preferences to any value up to "Fast."

iPad

Minimum requirements

An iPad that will run the Revizto application must meet the following minimum requirements:

• iPadOS version 13 or later.
• iPad Air 2.

If your device meets these requirements:

• The Revizto application will be able to handle 80 MB models with around 100 sheets.
• You can set the graphics view in the Revizto application preferences to any value up to "Fast."

Recommended requirements

The following software and hardware are recommended for the iPad that will run the Revizto application:

• iPadOS version 13 or later.
• Latest available iPad Pro.

On iPads, performance mostly depends on the amount of RAM. Ensure that you use devices with the highest amount of RAM possible.

Android tablets

The Revizto application has been tested on a limited number of Android tablets. It is recommended that you use iPads instead.

If you want to run Revizto on an Android device, it must meet at least the following requirements:

• Android version 7 or later, 64-bit.
• 7" touch screen or bigger.

We strongly recommend that you use modern tablets with high performance.

Virtual machines

The Revizto application has been tested on Azure Virtual Desktop, NV series.

We recommend that you test your virtual machine configuration with your project or a project of a similar size. If the virtual machine does not provide sufficient performance, consider an upgrade.
