If you have an ongoing Revizto 4 project and you want to take advantage of new Revizto 5 features, migrate the project to Revizto 5 format. This option is available to license administrators and project administrators with "Content creator" license role.
During the migration, a new Revizto 5 project is created, while the old Revizto 4 project is archived to prevent accidental access to it.
The migration has the following limitations:
- 3D scenes are not migrated. You have to re-export them after the migration.
- Viewpoints are not migrated.
- Only the latest versions of 2D sheets are migrated. The sheet version history will be lost.
- Procore RFI integration: migrated issues do not retain their connections to Procore RFI module. You have to reattach them to RFIs manually. You cannot attach issues to closed RFIs.
- Settings for exporting data from third-party software to Revizto will require revision.
For details, see the following sections:

Q: Will the issue IDs remain the same after the migration?
A: Yes, the issue IDs in the migrated project will be the same.
Q: The version history of 2D sheets is not migrated. Is there any way to view it after the migration?
A: You can view the history of 2D sheets in the archived Revizto 4 project. We recommend that you ask a project owner to do it, as they can access the project without restoring it from an archive.
