Monitoring project activity Follow
Project administrators can view project activity (the number of users broken down by days).
The number of users includes all project members who opened the project in Revizto application. It also includes project members who performed the following actions in Revizto Workspace:
-
Create a project or a new project version.
-
Invite a user to the project or edit their access rights.
-
Create, edit, or send a report.
-
Create, edit, or send a dashboard or a chart.
This data is displayed as a chart, with the following options available:
-
Line chart. For each day, show the number of users on that day.
-
Cumulative line chart. For each day, show the total number of users since the beginning of the project.
Example:
Ann created a project. One the second day, Garold and Ann worked on the project. On the third day, Garold, Ann, and three more people worked on the project. On the fourth day, everyone took a day off except Ann.
The line chart shows that only Ann worked on the fourth day. The cumulative chart shows that five people worked on the project by the fourth day.
