Managing license member access rights Follow
License roles define license member access rights. For the list of available roles, see Roles in the license.
License administrators can assign license roles to all license members, except for themselves and the super administrator of the license.

Assigning license roles (single license member)
To assign a license role to a license member:

Sign in to ws.revizto.com.

If you are a member of several licenses, ensure that the correct license is selected.

Go to License Management Tools, and then select User Management.
- In the Name column, click the user name.
- Click
next to the role name, and then select a role.
- Click Set.
Assigning license roles (multiple license members)
To assign a license role to multiple license members:

Sign in to ws.revizto.com.

If you are a member of several licenses, ensure that the correct license is selected.

Go to License Management Tools, and then select User Management.
- Select the checkboxes next to the license members.
- Click Set role.
- Review the list of selected license members. You can click
next to a license member to remove them from the selection.

Select a role and click Set.
