"The specified account already exists" error at Revizto installation Follow
Problem
I am updating Revizto on Microsoft Windows. When it goes through uninstalling the previous version, the error "The specified account already exists" pops up. Then the uninstallation progress rolls back.
This error might occur with both Revizto 4 and Revizto 5.
Solution
This is a Microsoft Windows issue. You will need a free Microsoft utility to solve it.
- Download and run Microsoft Program Install and Uninstall troubleshooter.
- Select Uninstalling and then select Revizto.
- Follow the on-screen instructions to uninstall Revizto.
- Restart your computer.
- Install the new Revizto version.
