Setting up new Revizto 5 standards Follow
Revizto 5 introduces powerful tools for navigating through 3D models and viewing exactly what you need. However, these tools turn out to be quite complex. The good part is that you can preset most of the searches and views, and then share the presets with other project members. They will use the presets to inspect anything they want—deep knowledge not required!
The presets work best when created early, but an ongoing project will also benefit from them. If you are not using them yet, watch the video.
It covers the following topics:
- Predefined sets of 3D objects to be loaded. Load only the parts that you need to save your resources, especially on mobile devices.
- Favorite properties. Choose the properties that will be clearly visible when you examine an object.
- Search sets. Preconfigure search sets that return frequently used objects.
- Appearance templates. Select views and colors for each set of objects to make them clearly visible in your 3D model.
The video is based on Revizto 5.2. It uses the terms "link" and "link preset," which were replaced by model and model preset in Revizto 5.5.
