Predefined project roles Follow

A Revizto license comes with three predefined project roles.

A license administrator can edit, rename, or delete predefined roles. Therefore, the role descriptions provided in this article are only accurate for new licenses. We recommend that you view the access rights included in a predefined role before assigning it to team members. For details, see Viewing project roles.

Predefined role Description
Administrate

Grants all access rights available in the project.

For the full list of rights, see "Administrative rights" access rights.
Edit content and collaborate

Grants the following rights:

  • View public issues.
  • Create and comment issues.
  • Create issue tags and tag issues.
  • Revert projects to older versions.
  • Import, overwrite, transform, and delete scenes.
  • Import, overwrite, rename, tag, and delete sheets.
  • Create, rename, and delete sheet folders, and move sheets between folders.
  • Detach sheets from CDE.
View and collaborate

Grants the following rights:
