Updating issue location tags Follow
When you add location data (grid intersections, levels, zones, and so on) to your project, you can update the existing issues with this data. This video shows how to do it in just a few clicks.
This feature requires a Revizto+ license.

Are there certain conditions where you would not be able to update location tags? I have over 1000 issues right now in my project that are reporting an old location and I am not able to update these using this method
I have the same issue as Chris. I noticed all the ones I cannot update are created from clash tests. Is there something I need to do in those tests to be able to update the issue locations?
Updating location tags for clash issues requires the clash test to be re-run and synced to issue tracker. Running the test updates the location data, syncing updates the issue tracker.
Clash issues that have been auto-closed can not be updated.
