Remove/hide the icon for creating regular issues when disabled

Dear Revizto-employee,

Please remove/hide the icon for creating regular issues when the option "Disable creation of regular issues" is being ticked on.

One colleague did indicate he was able to create a regular issue despite this option turned on. He did not see the popup for selection of stamps and did create some regular issues in a project where only stamps are allowed.

Alternatively this bug (if it is) can be submitted by me, reviewed and solved, if this has your preferrence.
