Prevent automatic opening of scene for users after new update
We are assessing a workflow where all of our authoring tools syncs directly to Revizto as we are currently pushing through Navisworks. There may be a point in time where we could look to circumvent Navisworks entirely for model coordination however this issue along with a few others may prove to be problematic for us.
With this workflow we expect the models would be pushed several times a day and we recognise that this could disrupt the use of Revizto by forcing reload of scene for the end user everytime a model is updated.
We would like an option to prevent auto-sync with a "refresh" icon for the user to reload the model at their own convenience. An information bar could indicate if a newer version is available.
Not sure if anything similar is achievable.
Thanks,
Ian

Thanks Laura I had completely missed this.
It doesn't appear that this indicates to the user there is a newer version of the model for them to reload however? So a user could go several hours without realising this and not see the newer version with this turned off. It would be helpful to have this made obvious to the user and a simple way to refresh the model.
Thanks,

I have admittedly forgot about this check box until recently, so yes, it is not obvious. As for syncing, the Sync button will highlight. This usually isn't an issue for users that are in the project for any real length of time, as they should be syncing reasonably frequently already.
