Hi Blaire,  Thank you for your post.  So I can help with this I need to establish which tool are you specifically referring to?  For example, if you are the Super Admin for your license or Admin you will be able to access the User Management tool from your Revizto Workspace, but that doesn't show external Project ID's, but rather total number of projects that a user is involved in.  Please confirm where you are finding "External Project ID".  Thanks.  Peter Cordier.

    Hi Peter,

As an admin, looking into the 'user management' tool i can see how many project each user is involved in. .

When selecting a user it shows the projects below, but only by the External Project ID (image below), it would be useful to see the project name here as well / instead.

    Regards,

    Blair

    Hi Blair,

The reason you can't see the project names in this list is because the projects that this particular user has access to are hosted on external Revizto licenses.  We do not show the names here for privacy reasons and do not intend to change that right now.  If the projects were hosted on your license you would be able to see the name, as in this example.

    Hope this helps.

    Regards

    Thanks Peter, appreciate the reply.

I understand the reasoning for privacy, and this is still the highest priority. I'm simply requesting that for those companies that are hosting external users that are happy to have this info visible, for them to have the ability to allow this in a setting somewhere. Ensuring you can keep the projects private if required is fair, but allowing this as an option would be great.

The company I work for are 'client side project managers' who would typically never host a project. We rely on being invited to the project by the host to monitor and report on progress, but without the visibility of knowing what projects our staff are in makes it the distribution of licensing more difficult.

Hope this helps clarify our need for this.

    Regards, Blair.
