In order to streamline the information that is being extracted from Revizto within the reports, it would be good to be able to remove/filter out columns that will be output within the Revizto report. This will help streamline the data processing required after extracting these reports if, for example, the information is being shared to other parties.
I believe it would be better to have the option to remove/filter out columns, as opposed to manually selecting which to include, as there is more likelihood of mistakes occurring with the latter, and it would also likely be an easier solution to implement.
Some examples of how this could be useful include:
- If I am sharing the Revizto outputs with a project manager, I may want to exclude the list of 'watchers' because this information is not essential for them to know.
- If the project is generally not using the 'deadline' option then I could exclude this column entirely. Similarly for any other features not being used.
- I may want to exclude the 'date created' of a comment and only show the 'date of last comment', to avoid contractors filtering only be recently created comments and ignoring older comments with the assumption that these are no longer relevant.
