% Populated Tracking on Workspace

Something that we currently do with excel or other methods is track how complete each system is to being fully modelled as a percentage. Since a BIM model has no idea what it's missing, Workspaces would be a great place for contractors to go and enter in their model population status as a percentage for each system before the BIM meeting each week. Then we could use the dashboard to trend the progress and what was left to model. This would be quite a large feature to add, but done right, it would be extremely useful. The admin would create the breakout (very similar to a billing schedule of values), then each contractor would have a responsibility and a reminder email to add their progress each week. This would track to 100%, then once a system was at 100%, the contractor would stop getting reminder emails for that system.

  Hello again Perrin,

  Interesting idea. I wonder if the selection inspector could generate csv that would tie into a report to tell how complete each system is? Perhaps even using similar data in an appearance template for a model visual.
