Set Section Box bottom and Top Elevations

Section Boxes would be much more useful if I could set the bottom and top elevations with text inputs. This would also be useful for section planes (although planes are easier with being able to attach to a surface). I do recognize the complication here of this only working if the box is not rotated on the x or y axis, but hopefully a solution exists for this.

If I could align a section box side to a gridline, that would also be insanely useful both for setting rotation and extent.

  Thanks for this! I will check our task list...I want to say this has been requested by others as well. I do like the alignment to grids and will make sure this is suggested!
