Create temporary markup

Hi,

In order for the team to do a markup they always need to raise an issue to do so. The ability to create some markups without raising issues is something that a number of people have asked before and it's popped up again.

E.g. a user might want to create a personal markup and store for their own use and not raise an issue. In order to do this currently, the user would have to click the create issue icon, complete their markup, screenshot it and save it locally, then delete their issue before they click done.

This could be tied to the viewpoints creation, where that also has the ability to do markups aswell?

  Great suggestion! I can see where this could be handy as a simple "add issue markup" to an already existing issue and to insert into the chat. Bypassing the manual screengrab. I'll go ahead add it to the development wish list.
