Stamps creation pane to show stamp name when hovering over icon

In my current project we use a large number of stamps, and to reduce the amount of scrolling I use the minimised view where it shows the available stamps as an icon rather than a list of titles

But sometimes I don't know which stamp I am looking for exactly and need to go back to the full view and search through to find the right title.

The feature I am requesting is for the title of the stamp to show up when hovering over the icon. 

 

Above picture shows reduced stamp mode with icons, hovering over these icons should reveal their title.
