Temporarily turn off possibility to sync for all project members

Dear developers,

Please add the feature to temporarily turn off the possibility to sync for all project members.

Reason: during model reviews of large projects, specific actions/session can be interrupted by syncing of individual project members (which is unaware of ongoing review). This means the created view (sectioning, selecting, filtering, etc.) disappears and has to be done again, the loading of large model, the automated applying of appearances will consume another 10 min. while +50 people are waiting.

As temporarily workaround I am changing access level of specific colleagues who are doing this too often (syncing within indicated timespans). Perhaps there is already a good solution in place and otherwise would love to see this feature appear in future.

  I recommend un-checking the 'Auto-update projects'.

  This will prevent users from getting bumped away from the work they are doing when new models are available.
