Filter by "Last Comment Date / Last Updated Date"

This is a minor request. We have the ability to sort by "Last Commented / Last Updated", but it would also be nice to filter by those parameters when reviewing a large amount of issues.

For example, it could be similar to the "By created date" / By closed date" filters so we could say, commented on " > 1 week" ago. That way when reviewing issues, it can act as a checklist that removes the item number from the list when an issue was reassigned, commented on or added watchers to as necessary for it to be seen and resolved when due.
