Sharing a Link to Locations in Revizto
The desired overall idea would be to have the ability to create a link to a folder of drawings in 2D. Opening the link would bring you to that location in Revizto.
Our owners and designers are used to having very accessible content, and while everyone has the tool installed, it's tough to find things without some manual navigation.
Thinking similar to issues having links, it would be highly beneficial if you hovered over a folder name in 2D, or (thinking wholistically) right-clicked in 3D, you'd have an option to share a link of that folder (or 3D view location) in order to get someone else to the same place you are.

As you said, we can do this with issues. Opening an issue will navigate a user to the 2D or 3D geometry.
- In the case of a coordination meeting, an issue filter that narrows down the specific issues you want people to navigate to would be helpful.
- To use issue for just navigation, I recommend a specific stamp for that. Drop it on the zoomed in area of 2D. Or select an object, when it's highlighted, stamp it. Now that geometry has an issue that can be navigated to via hyperlink.
You could navigate a couple of ways in 3D without stamps.
- Create viewpoints for your participants.
- Try the camera share. They see what you see and where you go.
For 2D you could try using the tags function to narrow down the sheets people need to look through.

Thanks Laura,
That makes sense for one drawing. The idea would be utilizing Revizto to distribute an entire set of drawings. While downloading an entire folder to a singular PDF is possible, drawing sets usually exceed what is allowed for email attachment. We are then forced to find a cloud storage solution where we will need to upload the file to again (and this would likely take place very frequently throughout the design phase alone.)While you could in theory share out a link to each individual sheet with 2D issues painstakingly placed on each one, we were thinking of a solution that allows us to send one link to those at higher level positions in a quick email that will bring them to the right folder in the tool and not just one drawing.

To follow up on this Laura Sharpe what are the chances we get a 2D functionality in the web browser for projects? I feel that would appease this point and allow us to actually share drawing sets and use Revizto as a true SSOT in combination with some other 2D features I've heard are coming with future releases. Even if the web browser just initially allowed for download of drawings, it would be a MASSIVE improvement for using Revizto 2D as a true resource instead of a supplement to the model.
