    We improved the sheet matching algorithm so you may need to adjust which settings you are using;

    I've definitely done research into the matching parameters when exporting.

    A couple of scenarios pop in my mind when I think of the need for a "post-merging" option. One past project we had multiple small buildings on the site where it didn't make sense to have a separate project for each building. However, the sheets were all named with the same numbers and naming schemes between the buildings, IE A100 - Level One Floor Plan (without anything specifying what building it was referencing until you opened the sheet). We had to manually go through and batch rename all the sheets with a building name in front to avoid Revizto automatically either overwriting incorrectly, or naming them A100, A100 1 and A100 1 1.

    Crazy, right?

    The second thing I think of is when importing sheets from Procore, they always include the Revision Number in the name, which Revizto has not recognized the difference between a previously exported Revit sheet named "A100 - First Floor Plan", and a sheet exported from Procore named "A100 - First Floor Plan.rev3". They are the same sheet, but the Procore one is often more up to date between released ASIs, markups and comments. In this scenario, it would be great to simply merge the two sheets, and keep the overlay already set up from the Revit sheet, assuming they are in the exact same positioning. You might say, why not connect them when first importing? Problem is that when you have 900+ sheets, or you are just needing an update to date sheet in a hurry for reference, it is much easier to get it in the project quickly for reference to get the job done, and then clean it up after, rather than having to start from the beginning to keep a clean project.

    Thanks for your help! Revizto is by far still the best option out there!

    Thank you for your examples. I've shared them with the development team. Understanding the real world workflows helps us the problem.
