Measurement Tools in Map View (Including Area)

It would be really helpful if a measurement tool including area measurement can be included as part of map view. This gets really useful when we are working using .ifc file which doesn't include sheets within.

  We can't put the measurement tools in the map tool.

  But perhaps we could add it to the current 3D measurement tools.
