Greater/less than or equal to as a search function

I'm aware that this is searchable for export dates. However it would be great to use it on file names also. 

 

We are importing .las files with the scan date listed in the file name eg

SCAN-1234-2023.09.18.las

 

For progress reporting it would be great to search all .las files after a certain date so we can visually show progress in the past week in a drill and blast tunnel.

 

Any other suggestions welcome!

  We have greater/less than or equal to as a search function, but only for numerical data.

  You may need to search your export date, then add an AND condition for the source file with 'contains .las'.

  Yes that's correct. But the export date is not the same as the scan date.

  I see what you mean, but we still can't apply the greater/less than function to non-numerical properties.
  
  Unfortunately, the file name will not help in this situation. What about creating a Custom Property? The data type would have to be Integer and you'd have to thoughtful of the 'date' format.
