Clash detection with Point clouds, incorrect clashes

We are experiencing problems when running clash detection between 3D elements of train clearance profiles and point clouds of the surrounding conditions. I have made a test where I took a small section of point cloud and ran clash-tests in Revizto and Navisworks.

In Navisworks there is one correct result where a bridge abutment clashes with the clearance profile. Revizto returns three clashes, one being the correct bridge abutment and two more that are catenary wires well outside of the clearance profile.

Settings used in Revizto: Clash type hard clash (have tried clearance and inside but didn’t get correct result)

Settings in Navisworks: Pointcloud as points, Clearance profile as elements. Clash type: clearance
