Sharing public dashboards Follow

Dashboards contain charts with project issue data. You can create and share public dashboard links through Manage share settings or through individual dashboard pages in Revizto Workspace.

Accessing dashboards

You can access dashboards from the Dashboards tab in Revizto Workspace.

To access dashboards:

  1. Sign in to ws.revizto.com.
    • If you are a member of several licenses, ensure that the correct license is selected.
  2. Open the Tools dropdown menu, then select My Projects under Tools.
  3. Open your desired project.
  4. Click Dashboards on the project toolbar.

Sharing public dashboards

There are a few ways to share dashboards publicly, both from the Dashboards tab and from individual dashboard pages. You can also share individual charts. 

To share dashboards publicly from the Dashboards page:

  1. Click the Dashboards tab as described in Accessing dashboards, and click Manage sharing settings.
    • You can also open the Actions menu for a dashboard and click Manage sharing settings.
  2. Select the dashboard from the Select dashboard dropdown menu.
  3. Click the edit icon for the dashboard’s public page.
  4. Click Enable public page. 
  5. Click Copy link and share via your preferred communication channels. 

To share dashboards publicly from individual dashboard pages:

  1. Click the Dashboards tab as described in Accessing dashboards, and click the dashboard you want to share. 
    • Dashboards that are publicly shared are indicated by a green “Enabled” status.
  2. On the Current dashboard page do one of the following to open the Edit public page window.
    • Click the Edit public page button located on the dashboard toolbar.
    • Click the Public page edit button located at the top right corner of the screen.

  1. In the Edit public page or Manage sharing settings window Click Enable public page. 
  2. Click Copy link and share via your preferred communication channels.

Managing sharing settings

The Manage sharing settings page displays the Delivery and Public page settings for the chosen dashboard and associated charts. Clicking Edit for each setting will open the corresponding setting. 

Delivery settings

Dashboard delivery shows the configure settings for delivering dashboards by email. When Deliver on schedule is enabled the other fields can be used. An automated email with a PDF version of your dashboard will be sent based on the delivery schedule. 

The PDF options allow you to add your company logo and issue data tables to the PDF deliverable. Similarly, the Chart delivery window shows the same settings but limits the delivered PDF to the specific chart.

Public page settings

Public pages generate a public facing link for your dashboard. You can choose to allow anyone to view the dashboard, or make it password protected. The view password is automatically generated.
