Managing chart- and dashboard-based reports Follow
A chart-based report includes data from a single chart. A dashboard-based report includes pictures of all charts in that dashboard.
Any project member can generate a report on a chart or dashboard that they can view. Dashboard owners, project administrators, and license administrators can schedule email delivery of chart- and dashboard-based reports to project members and external recipients.

Chart-based report options
The chart-based report options apply when you schedule or generate chart-based reports.

Scheduling chart-based reports
Dashboard owners, project administrators, and license administrators can schedule email delivery of chart-based reports to project members and external recipients.
To schedule a chart-based report:

Open the dashboard and scroll down to find the chart.

Do one of the following:

In the upper-right corner of the chart box, click Actions , and then click Schedule delivery.

In the upper-right corner of the chart box, click Actions and click Configure. Then, at the top, click Schedule delivery.

Switch the Deliver on schedule toggle on, and specify the delivery period settings.

Specify the report options.

In the Send to field, select the project members that will get the report, or type the email addresses of external recipients.

Click OK.
Scheduling dashboard-based reports
Dashboard owners, project administrators, and license administrators can schedule email delivery of dashboard-based reports to project members or external recipients.
To schedule a dashboard-based report:

Open the dashboard and scroll down to find the chart.

Do one of the following:

In the upper-right corner of the dashboard box, click Actions , and then click Schedule delivery.

Click the dashboard box to open the dashboard and then, at the top, click Schedule delivery.

Switch the Deliver on schedule toggle on, and specify the delivery period settings.

If you want to add the company logo to the title page, select the Company logo checkbox.
- If you want to include tables of chart values in the report, select the Data tables checkbox.

In the Send to field, select the project members that will get the report, or type the email addresses of external recipients.

Click OK.
Generating chart- and dashboard-based reports
In addition to scheduled report delivery, you can generate a report and email it to any person at any time.
To generate a chart- or dashboard-based report:

Open the dashboard and scroll down to find the chart.

Do one of the following:

To generate a dashboard-based report, in the upper-right corner of the dashboard box, click Actions and then click Send now.

To generate a chart-based report, open the dashboard and scroll down to find the chart. Then do one of the following:

In the upper-right corner of the chart box, click Actions and click Send now.
- In the upper-right corner of the chart box, click Actions and click Configure. Then, at the top, click Send.

Do one of the following:

For a dashboard-based report, specify the following options:
Option Description Company logo Add the company logo to the title page.
License administrators can edit the company logo.
Data tables Include tables of chart values in the report. -
For a chart-based report, specify the report options.

In the Send to field, select the project members that will get the report, or type the email addresses of external recipients.

Click Send.
The report generation might take a few minutes. Then all recipients will get the report by email.
Managing subscription to chart-based and dashboard-based reports
You can subscribe to or unsubscribe from scheduled reports.

Subscribing to chart-based and dashboard-based reports
Any project member can subscribe to a scheduled report that is visible to them.
To subscribe to a report:

Open the dashboard and scroll down to find the chart.

- Do one of the following:
- (chart-based reports) Open the dashboard and find the chart. In the upper-right corner of the chart box, click Actions , click Schedule delivery, then add yourself to the Send to field, and click OK.
- (dashboard-based reports) In the upper-right corner of the dashboard box, click Actions , click Schedule delivery, then add yourself to the Send to field, and click OK.
- (scheduled dashboard-based reports) In the upper-right corner of the dashboard box, click Actions , click Subscribe, and confirm the subscription.
Unsubscribing from chart- and dashboard-based reports
You might receive reports by email because another project member added you to a mailing list. If you do not want to get these reports, you can unsubscribe from them by clicking the unsubscribe link at the bottom of the email message. If there is no unsubscribe link, it is a one-time email that was sent manually.

To unsubscribe from a report at Revizto Workspace:

Open the dashboard and scroll down to find the chart.

- Do one of the following:
- (chart-based reports) Open the dashboard and find the chart. In the upper-right corner of the chart box, click Actions , click Schedule delivery, then remove yourself from the Send to field, and click OK.
- (dashboard-based reports) In the upper-right corner of the dashboard box, click Actions , click Schedule delivery, then remove yourself from the Send to field, and click OK.
- (dashboard-based reports) In the upper-right corner of the dashboard box, click Actions , click Unsubscribe, and confirm the unsubscription.
