Archiving, restoring, and deleting projects Follow
A project owner or a license administrator can archive a project to free a license slot. They can restore an archived project at any time.
We recommend that you always archive projects instead of deleting them because this keeps all project data intact. If you want to delete all project data from the Revizto cloud storage, delete the project.

Archiving projects
A project owner or a license administrator can archive a project. Archived projects do not occupy license slots.
You might want to archive a project in the following cases:
- Your team completed the project.
- You want to free license slots for another project.
Revizto users cannot access archived projects, except for the project owner. A project owner can open the project for viewing in the Revizto application if they select the "Inactive" project filter. However, they cannot edit the project or add issues.
Archived projects do not send any notifications to the project members.
