License administrators can export one or several projects to a Microsoft Excel spreadsheet for analysis. 

For each project, the spreadsheet includes the total number of members and issues, the last activity date, the list of project members, the number of ongoing issues, and some other data.

To export projects to a spreadsheet:

1. Sign in to ws.revizto.com.

2. If you are a member of several licenses, ensure that the correct license is selected.

   

3. Go to License Management Tools, and then select Project Directory.

   

4. Select the projects to be exported. You have the following options:

   • To export specific projects, select the checkboxes next to them.

   • To export all projects that match a filter, clear all checkboxes and set the filter.

   • To export all projects, clear all checkboxes and clear the filter.

5. Click Export to Excel.

   

   You will get the spreadsheet by email.
