Viewing Revizto logs Follow
This article describes how to find the logs recorded by the Revizto application and Revizto Workspace.
Revizto logs
This table summarizes the purposes and locations of the Revizto application's logs. For details, click a log name.

All project operations are also recorded to the license log, which is available to license administrators. |
Managing the in-app log
You can view the in-app log in the Revizto application. They inform you about events that require your attention.
Viewing the in-app log
To view the in-app log:

Open the project.

At the bottom-right corner, click the View log button (, , , , or ).
The button look depends on the highest severity level of new events.

. No new notifications.

. New "info" notifications.

. New "success" notifications.

. New "warnings" notifications.

. New "errors" notifications.
The colored numbers at the top show the number of info, success, warning, and error messages in the log.
To filter notifications by severity, click the colored numbers.
To filter notifications by a specific word, type the word in the search field.

Dismissing in-app log entries
After reading in-app log entries, you can dismiss them. Dismissed log entries are permanently removed.
To dismiss in-app log entries:
- Open the in-app log.

Do one of the following:

To dismiss a single notification, click Dismiss next to it.

To dismiss all notifications, click Dismiss all.

Revizto log files store information that might be requested by technical support.
Viewing log files (method 1)
To view log files:

In the upper-left corner of the Revizto application window, click the Revizto logo.

Click View logs.
Viewing log files (method 2)
To view log files:

Open your Revizto working folder.
You can view the path to your working folder in the Revizto application, Preferences > General.
The default path on Microsoft Windows is %LocalAppData%\Revizto5New\.
- In the working folder, open the ".logs" subfolder.
