Caching CDE documents Follow
Revizto users that can sign in to a CDE storage can cache CDE documents to their devices to have access to the documents at any time, even when they are offline or not signed in to the CDE.
To be able to cache a document, mark it for caching. Revizto downloads their latest versions in the following cases:
- You open a document from the Docs section.
- You open a document imported to a project as a sheet from the 2D section.
- You download all documents marked for caching.

Marking CDE documents for caching
Revizto automatically marks CDE documents that are imported to a project as sheets for caching. You can mark other documents manually.
Marking multiple CDE documents for caching
To mark CDE documents for caching:

In the Revizto application, open a project.

At the top of the application window, click Docs.
This opens a list of CDE folders.

Open a CDE folder.
If you are not signed in to the CDE, Revizto will prompt you to enter your username and password.

On the toolbar, click Make Available Offline
.

Select the checkboxes next to the files and folders that you want to cache.
You can select files and folders in different CDEs.
If you cannot clear a checkbox, the document is imported into the project as a sheet. It is always cached.

Click Done.

In the confirmation window, click OK.
Marking a single CDE document for caching
To mark a CDE document for caching:

In the Revizto application, open a project.

At the top of the application window, click Docs.

Open a CDE folder.
If you are not signed in to the CDE, Revizto will prompt you to enter your username and password.

Find the document that you want to mark.

Do one of the following:

On the right, click Info and switch the Available offline toggle on.

Double-click the document and then, on the toolbar, click Make Available Offline
. The button appearance will change to
.
Downloading documents marked for caching
Revizto downloads the latest versions of a document that is marked for caching in the following cases:
- You open a document from the Docs section.
- You open a document imported to a project as a sheet from the 2D section.
You can also download all documents marked for caching manually.
To download all documents marked for caching:

In the Revizto application, open a project.

Ensure that you are signed in to the integrated CDEs.

To check this, in your profile, go to Account settings > Integrations.

Go to Project, and then select Download for field.
