Viewing CDE documents Follow
Revizto users that can sign in to a CDE storage connected to a project can view any of the documents stored in it directly from the project. If a document has a version history, they can view any of its versions.

To view a CDE document:

In the Revizto application, open a project.

At the top of the application window, click Docs.
This opens a list of CDE folders.

Open a CDE folder.
If you are not signed in to the CDE, Revizto will prompt you to enter your username and password.
This opens a list of documents. It contains the following columns:
Column Description Name File or folder icon and name.
If the document is available for caching, this column also contains the
icon.
If it is a sheet imported to a Revizto project, this column also contains the
icon. Imported sheets are always available for caching.
Modified File modification date. Size File size. You can do any of the following:

To sort CDE documents by column, click a column name.

To search the current folder for a file, enter a part of its name in the Search field
.

If you want to search in subfolders, turn on the Search in subfolders toggle.

To refresh the list, on the toolbar, click Refresh
.

Viewing a single CDE document
To view a CDE document:

In the Revizto application, open a project.

At the top of the application window, click Docs.
This opens a list of CDE folders.

Open a CDE folder.
If you are not signed in to the CDE, Revizto will prompt you to enter your username and password.

Find the document that you want to view and click it. This opens the document properties in the preview pane at the right.
The Info tab contains the following properties:
Property Description Available offline Shows whether the cached document is available when Revizto is not connected to the CDE.
If the toggle is missing, it is a sheet imported to the project. It is always available offline.
Size The document size. Modified The document modification date.
This property is available for ACC, Box, and Procore integrations.
Updated For Box integrations, the date when the document was added to the Revizto project.
For SharePoint integrations, the document modification date.
Updated by The CDE user that modified the document. Created The document creation date. Created by The CDE user that created the document. Description The file description in the CDE.
This property is available for Box and Procore documents.
The Versions tab contains the following data:
Property Description # The document version.
For CDE documents that are imported to Revizto as sheets, the version history also contains non-CDE versions. For more information about version history, see Sheet version numbering.
Service Document location.
For CDE documents that are not imported to Revizto as sheets, this column contains a CDE icon.
For CDE documents that are imported to Revizto as sheets, it is a CDE icon or the Revizto icon. It shows where the last changes were made.
Date/Time For CDE documents that are not imported to Revizto as sheets, the date and time when the document was created or modified.
For CDE documents that are imported to Revizto as sheets, the date and time when the document was created, modified, or synced with the data storage.
Author CDE user or Revizto user that created or modified the document. -
Do one of the following:
If it is a sheet imported to a project If it is not a sheet imported to a project - To open the latest version in the sheet viewer, double-click the document, or switch to the Info tab and click Open.
- To open the latest version in Revizto PDF viewer, on the Info tab, click Open as document.
- To open an earlier version in Revizto PDF viewer, on the Versions tab, double-click a version.
- To open the latest version of the document, double-click it, or switch to the Info tab and click Open.

To open an earlier version of the document, on the Versions tab, double-click a version.
If it is a pdf, .dwfx, .jpg, or .png file, it is opened in a Revizto viewer. Otherwise it is opened in the application that is associated with the file type.
If a document is opened in Revizto, the toolbar at the top contains the following elements:
Element Description Document file name. Switch to the panoramic image view. This view is recommended for 360° photos.
In the panoramic view, you can rotate the picture using the mouse. It is rendered based on equidistant projection.
This button is available only for .jpg and .png files.
Switch from the panoramic image view to the regular view.
This button is available only for .jpg and .png files.
Zoom in. Resize the sheet to fit the screen.
This button is unavailable in the panoramic view.
Zoom out. Go to the previous document page.
This button is available only for .dwfx and .pdf documents.
Go to the next document page.
This button is available only for .dwfx and .pdf documents.
The current page and the total number of pages.
To go to a specific page, enter its number.
Go to the previous document in the folder. Go to the next document in the list. Date and time of the last sync with the data storage.
This bar is displayed when Revizto cannot retrieve the latest version of the document due to any reason (no Internet connection, not enough rights, and so on).
