Exporting CDE documents Follow
Revizto users that can sign in to a CDE storage can export any of the documents stored in it to the hard drive. If a document has a version history, they can export any of its versions.
This option is unavailable on Android devices.
Exporting multiple sheets
This method allows you to export the latest document versions. To learn how to export an earlier document version, see Exporting a single sheet.
To export CDE documents:
-
In the Revizto application, open a project.
-
At the top of the application window, click Docs.
This opens a list of CDE folders.
-
Open a CDE folder.
If you are not signed in to the CDE, Revizto will prompt you to enter your username and password.
-
On the toolbar, click Export .
-
Select the checkboxes next to the files that you want to export.
You can select files in different folders and even in different CDEs.
-
At the top, click Done.
-
Select a folder on your hard drive and save the files.
Revizto creates a subfolder with the current date and time (for example, "7_6_2021 5_58_54 PM") and stores all files to this folder. If any of the files have duplicate names, Revizto adds numbers to make the names unique.
