Managing issue filter presets Follow
An issue filter preset is an issue filter that is saved for future use. Issue filter presets can be personal (visible only to the author) or shared (visible to anyone on the project).
Project members that have enough rights can create, edit, share, and delete issue filter presets.

Project members can save issue filters as issue filter presets.
To create an issue filter preset:

Issue filter presets do not support filters by ID and title. If your filter includes these criteria, they won’t be added to the preset.

Next to the Filters heading, click Save.

Select Create a preset.

Enter the preset name.

If you want to share the preset, select the Share with the project team checkbox.
If you do not see the checkbox, your access rights do not allow sharing presets.

Click Save.
The preset is added to the end of the list. You can arrange the presets as you like.
Viewing issue filter presets
You can view issue filter presets that are available to you. This includes your personal presets, shared presets, and predefined presets.
To view issue filter presets:

Sign in to ws.revizto.com.

If you are a member of several licenses, ensure that the correct license is selected.

Go to Tools, and then select My Projects.

Open a project and then, on the top toolbar, click
Issue Tracker.
The Presets pane lists the presets that are available to you. In addition to the issue filter presets available in the Revizto application, this pane can contain the following presets:
Preset Description All issues All issues in the project.
This does not include deleted issues.
Current issues Issues with status categories other than "Completed." Drafts Issues that have unsaved comments.
The preset is available only if you have unsaved issue comments.
Deleted issues Deleted issues.
The preset is available only to project administrators. They can view and restore deleted issues.
Issue filter presets can be marked with the following icons:
Icon Description One of the following:
- In the All issues preset, the number of unread issues.
- In the Drafts preset, the number of drafts.
The issue filter preset is shared for all project members. The issue filter preset includes new or updated issues. There is an error in the issue filter preset. Move the pointer over this icon to read the error description.
Editing issue filter presets
Issue filter presets cannot be edited directly. However, you can overwrite an issue filter preset with the current filter.
To overwrite an issue filter preset:

Issue filter presets do not support filters by ID and title. If your filter includes these criteria, they won’t be added to the preset.

Next to the Filters heading, click Save.

Select Update a preset.
If this option is unavailable, there are no presets that you can edit.
- Select a preset.
If the list does not include shared issue filter presets, your access rights do not allow editing them.

If you want to share the preset, select the Share with the project team checkbox.
If you do not see the checkbox, your access rights do not allow sharing presets.

Сlick Save.
Arranging issue filter presets
You can change the order of issue filter presets, with the following exceptions:

"All issues", "Drafts", and "Current issues" are always at the top.

"Deleted issues" are always at the bottom.
This does not change the order of issue filter presets for other project members.
To arrange issue filter presets:

Open the list of issues.

In the Presets pane, click Arrange filter presets
.

Drag the presets by the
icons next to them.

At the top of the pane, click Apply.
Sharing issue filter presets
Shared issue filter presets are available to all project members.
If you share a preset with a filter by "Current user", each user will have their name substituted in this filter.
To share or unshare issue filter presets:

Open the list of issues.

In the Presets pane, click Share
.
If the button is unavailable, your access rights do not allow sharing presets.

Select the checkboxes next to the presets that you want to share. Clear the checkboxes next to the presets that you want to unshare.

At the top of the pane, click Apply.
Deleting issue filter presets
You can delete issue filter presets, except for the predefined ones.
To delete an issue filter preset:

Open the list of issues.

In the Presets pane, click Delete
.

Select the checkboxes next to the presets that you want to delete.
If a checkbox is unavailable, it is a shared preset and your access rights do not allow deleting shared presets.

At the top of the pane, click Apply.

Confirm the deletion.
