Overview

Revizto Workspace displays notifications on the issue updates that occur in a project while the project is open in Revizto Workspace.

Revizto Workspace displays notifications in the following scenarios:

• Another user updates an issue in the Revizto application or at Revizto Workspace.

• You update an issue in the Revizto application or in another browser window.

• You perform a bulk operation on multiple issues.

During a bulk operation, the notification shows its progress. After the operation is completed, it shows the result.

Reloading a page clears all notifications.

Viewing issue notifications

To view your issue notifications:

1. Sign in to ws.revizto.com.

2. Select a project and open any of its pages.

3. In the upper-right corner, click the My notifications button:

   • . No unread notifications.

   • . Unread notification available.

   This opens the list of notifications.

   

   A notification contains the following elements:

   Element	Description
   	The project name with the date and time of the update.
   	The number of affected issues.
   	The operation description.
   	This text is displayed while a bulk operation is in progress.
   	The operation result (the number of successful and failed issue updates).
   	Unread issue.
   	The link that opens the affected issues in Revizto Workspace.

   You can do the following:

   • To toggle between unread notifications and all notifications, click Show unread only.

   • To mark all notifications as read, click Mark all as read.
