Managing issues Follow
Project members that have enough rights can view and edit project issues from Revizto Workspace.
Issues cannot be created from Revizto Workspace. To create an issue, use the Revizto application.

Viewing the list of issues
To view the list of issues:

Sign in to ws.revizto.com.
-
If you are a member of several licenses, ensure that the correct license is selected.

Go to Tools, and then select My Projects.

Open a project and then, on the top toolbar, click
Issue Tracker.
The list of issues is displayed in the Issues pane. For each issue, it displays a box with an issue summary.
You can move between the issues with the Up arrow key and the Down arrow key.
You can show or hide panes by clicking
or
.
Viewing issue summary
In the list of issues, the Issues pane contains issue summaries.
A summary can contain the following elements:

Viewing issue markup
In the list of issues, the Markup pane shows the markup of the selected issue.
You can do the following:

. Zoom out.

. Zoom in.

. Fit the maximum dimension.

. Fit the minimum dimension.

. Start editing the markup to view it in a large window.
While the Markup pane is minimized, the Info pane includes a clickable preview of the issue markup.
Viewing issue chat
In the list of issues, the Chat pane shows the chat of the selected issue.

Click the picture. Then you can do the following:

Viewing issue fields
In the list of issues, the Info pane shows the fields of the selected issue.
Viewing unread issues
Unread issues are new issues and issues that have new comments. In the list of issues, the following options help you to manage unread issues:
- In the Filter presets pane, a green circle
shows that a preset has unread issues.
- In the Issues pane, the comment icon
shows the number of unread comments. Clicking the icon scrolls the Chat pane to the first unread comment.
- While sorting issues, you can select the Unread first option. This moves unread issues to the top of the list.
To mark all unread issues as read:
- At the top of the Issues pane, click Mark all as read
.
Filtering issues
You can filter issues by a variety of criteria, including the filter by multiple issue IDs.
To filter issues, do any of the following:

Apply the filters at the top of the page.
The search field in the upper-right corner is the filter by title.
If a filter is not present at the top, click More next to the filters, and then select the filter. You can start typing a filter name to find it.
- To apply an issue filter preset, open the list of presets and click the preset.

When viewing an issue, to filter by a value of its tag, grid intersection, level, room, space, area, or zone, click the value in the Info pane.
To clear the filter:
- Next to the Filters heading, click Reset.
Sorting issues
You can sort issues by a variety of criteria.
To sort issues:

In the list of issues, at the top of the Issues pane, click
.

Select the sorting criteria.
Opening issues in Revizto
You can view the selected issue in the Revizto application.
This feature is available on devices with the following operating systems:
- Microsoft Windows
- Android (Revizto versions 5.10 and later)
- iOS (Revizto versions 5.10 and later)
To view an issue in the Revizto application:

Ensure that you are signed in to the Revizto application.

At Revizto Workspace, open the list of issues.
-
In the Issues pane, select an issue.
-
At the top of the Info pane, click Open in app.
If the button is unavailable, you have multiple issues selected, or you are viewing a deleted issue.
Selecting multiple issues
This section describes how to select multiple issues for bulk operations, such as editing or deletion.
To select multiple issues:

Open the list of issues.
-
In the Issues pane, do any of the following:
-
Select the checkboxes next to issues.
-
To select all issues on the current page, select the checkbox at the top of the pane.
-
To switch pages, at the bottom of the pane, click the page numbers.
-
To clear the selection on the current page, clear the checkbox at the top of the pane.
-
To clear the selection, at the top of the pane, click the arrow next to the checkbox
, and then select Clear all items.

Getting links to issues
You can get a link to an issue or an issue comment, and then share the link with other project members.
Any project member that is signed in to Revizto Workspace or the Revizto application and has access to the issue can use the link to open the issue or comment.
To get a link to an issue:

In the list of issues, in the Issues pane, select the issue.

Do one of the following:
Action Description Get a link that opens the issue in Revizto Workspace In the upper-right corner of the issue, click Actions and then click Copy link (web).
Get a link that opens the issue in the Revizto application In the upper-right corner of the issue, click Actions
and then click Copy link (app).
Get a link that opens an issue comment in Revizto Workspace In the Chat pane, in the upper-right corner of the comment, click Actions
, and then click Copy link.
This copies the link to the clipboard. Then you can save the link or send it to a project member.
Printing issues
To print selected issues to a PDF document:

Open the list of issues.
-
Do one of the following:
Print a single issue Print multiple issues - Select the issue.
- In the upper-right corner of the issue, click Actions
and then click Print to PDF.
- In the Issues pane, select the issues.
- At the top of the Issues pane, click Print selected issues to PDF
.

Specify the PDF options.
Option Description Text comments Include text comments to issues. Attachments Include issue attachments. Field changes Include the history of issue field changes. Markup changes Include the history of issue markup changes. Issue fields The issue fields that you want to add to the report.
For example, you can add issue levels, sheets, or tags.
Order by The fields for ordering the list of issues (up to three). This option is available only when you print multiple issues.
To add a field, click. For each field, select the ordering direction (ascending or descending).
To remove a field, clicknext to it.
Time format The time format. Date format The date format. -
Click Save.
This will start the PDF document generation. Once generated, the document will be downloaded to your device.
Editing issues
Project members that have enough rights can edit issues.
Editing issue fields
You can edit fields for one or several issues, except for deleted ones.
Editing issue fields for a single issue
To edit an issue field:

In the list of issues, select the issue.

In the Info pane, click
next to the field.
If the button is unavailable, you do not have enough rights to edit the field.

Edit the field.
Editing issue fields for multiple issues
To edit an issue field:

Open the list of issues.
- In the Issues pane, select the issues.

In the Info pane, click
next to the field.
If the button is unavailable, you do not have enough rights to edit the field.

Edit the field and then, at the top of the Info pane, click Apply.
Editing issue markups
You can edit the following types of issue markups at Revizto Workspace:
- 3D model screenshot
- Photo
- Custom picture
To edit the markups of issues that were created on sheets, use the Revizto application.
To edit an issue markup at Revizto Workspace:

In the list of issues, in the Issues pane, select an issue.

At the top of the Markup pane, click
.

Do any of the following:

Resize the markup to fit the screen Click Fit. View markup areas that do not fit the window Click Select and drag the markup.
Add an annotation Click any of the annotation buttons, such as Pen , and then draw with your mouse.
Edit an annotation Select an annotation. Then drag the annotation parts, or edit the annotation properties. Copy an annotation to the clipboard Select an annotation, and then press Ctrl+C (Windows) or Command–C (macOS). Paste an annotation from the clipboard Press Ctrl+V (Windows) or Command–V (macOS). Undo an annotation edit Do one of the following:
- Click Undo

- Press Ctrl+Z (Windows) or Command–Z (macOS).
Redo an annotation edit Do one of the following:
- Click Redo
.
- Press Ctrl+Y (Windows) or Command–Y (macOS).
- Press Ctrl+Shift+Z (Windows) or Command–Shift–Z (macOS).
Delete an annotation Select an annotation and do one of the following:
- At the bottom of the annotation properties pane, click Delete.
- Press Del.
Exit editing an annotation Click Select
or press Esc.
Upload an image. Click Upload image
.
(mobile devices only) Take and upload a photo Click Take photo .
- Click Undo

In the lower-right corner, click Save.
Adding issue comments
You can add a comment to one or multiple issues.
You cannot add comments to deleted issues.
Adding comments to a single issue
To add an issue comment:

In the list of issues, in the Issues pane, select an issue.

At the bottom of the Chat pane, enter a comment.
To insert a line break, click Ctrl+Enter or Shift+Enter.
If the comment field is unavailable, you are viewing a deleted issue.
Adding comments to multiple issues
To add a comment to multiple issues:

Open the list of issues.
-
In the Issues pane, select the issues.

At the top of the pane, click Add comment
.

Enter a comment and click Send.
Adding issue attachments
You can attach files to issues, including 360 photo files. On mobile devices, you can also attach camera photos.
You cannot add attachments to deleted issues.

Attaching images to a single issue
To attach images to an issue:

In the list of issues, in the Issues pane, select an issue.

If the button is unavailable, you are viewing a deleted issue.

Do one of the following:

To attach regular images, click File.
-
To attach 360 photos (in BMP, GIF, JPG, or PNG format), click 360 photo.

Select files.
This opens the image preview. You can do the following:

To switch between image and 360 photo views, in the upper-left corner, click Convert to flat image or Convert to 360°.
-
To adjust the image preview scale, move the slider at the bottom (not available for 360 photos).
- If you selected multiple images, to switch between them, click the arrows on the left
or on the right
.

Click Apply.
Attaching camera photos to a single issue
This option is available only on mobile devices.
To attach a camera photo to an issue:

In the list of issues, in the Issues pane, select an issue.

At the bottom of the Chat pane, click
.
If the button is unavailable, you are viewing a deleted issue.
- Take a photo and confirm it.
This opens the image preview. You can do the following:

To switch between image and 360 photo views, in the upper-left corner, click Convert to flat image or Convert to 360°.

To adjust the image preview scale, move the slider at the bottom (not available for 360 photos).

- Click Apply.
Attaching files or camera photos to multiple issues
To attach files or camera photos to multiple issues:

Open the list of issues.

In the Issues pane, select issues.

At the top of the pane, click Add comment
.

Enter an optional comment.
-
Click
to attach a file, and click Send.
If you are using a mobile device, you can attach a camera photo.
Deleting issues
Project members that have enough rights can delete issues.

To delete an issue:

Open the list of issues.

In the Issues pane, find the issue.

In the upper-right corner of the issue summary, click Actions
and then click Delete.

Confirm the deletion.
Deleting multiple issues
To delete issues:

Open the list of issues.

In the Issues pane, select the issues.

At the top of the Issues pane, click Delete selected issues
.

Confirm the deletion.
Restoring deleted issues
Project administrators can restore deleted issues.
Restoring a single issue
To restore a deleted issue:

In the list of issues, in the Filter presets pane, select Deleted issues.

In the Issues pane, find the issue.

In the upper-right corner of the issue summary, click Actions
and then click Restore.

Confirm the restoration.
Restoring multiple issues
To restore issues:

In the list of issues, in the Filter presets pane, select Deleted issues.

In the Issues pane, select the issues.

At the top of the Issues pane, click Restore.

Confirm the restoration.
