Transferring licenses between accounts Follow
Licenses can be transferred between organization accounts in the same region whose account owners have the same email domain. Transferring a license to a new account moves it fully to the destination account, including all contents, users, projects, tags, and logs.
Requirements
To protect the security of licenses and accounts, the following requirements must be met before you can transfer a license to a new account:

The account owners of the source account and destination account must have the same email domain. This is to prevent the license from being transferred to an account belonging to another company.
If the owner of the source account uses a public email domain (for example, gmail or outlook), the license cannot be transferred. If you need to transfer a license and have a public email domain, contact Revizto support.
- The source account and destination account must be in the same region.
- The user transferring the license must be the account owner of the source account.
- The account owner of the source account must be an active account member of the destination account. They can have any role in the account.
You can view your account role from the Account details/Manage account details page in Revizto Workspace under Tools. See Roles in the license for more information.
Transferring licenses
After all of the requirements listed above have been met, account owners can transfer a license to another account in Revizto Workspace. When a license is transferred, any users in the license who are not already members of the new account will be added to the account as Standard users, including Pending, Suspended, and Deactivated users, along with all of their information (for example, company, department, location, and tags). Similarly, the authentication methods assigned to the users will be transferred to the new account with them and labelled with the source account's name.
To transfer a license to a new account:
- Sign in to ws.revizto.com.
- If you are a member of several accounts, ensure that the correct account is selected.

Open the Tools dropdown menu, then select License administration.
- Select the license you want to transfer.
- At the top of the License info tab, click Transfer to another account
.
- If you do not see Transfer to another account
, you are not the account owner and cannot transfer the license.
- If you do not see Transfer to another account
- In the transfer window, select the account you want to transfer the license to from the Destination account dropdown menu.
- If the account you want is not listed in the dropdown menu, you are not a member of the destination account and cannot transfer the license. Contact the destination account's account owner or account admin to be added to the account.

Click Transfer license.
The license will be immediately transferred to the destination account and email confirmation of the transfer will be sent to the user who transferred the license and the license's Super administrator.
If the user who transferred the license was not the license's Super administrator or an Account owner or Account admin in the new account, they will be automatically made a license administrator for the license in the new account.
When you transfer a license out of the account, the users from that license will remain as account members in the source account even if they are no longer part of any licenses or projects in the account. If you would like to remove them fully from the account, go to Tools > User management (account-wide).
If, after transferring licenses out an account, the account is empty, the account owner can delete the account from the Manage account details page.
To delete an account:
Account deletion is permanent. Once an account is deleted, access to the account will be lost and account data will be permanently deleted.
- Sign in to ws.revizto.com.
- If you are a member of several accounts, ensure that the correct account is selected.

Open the Tools dropdown menu, then select Manage account details under Management tools.
- At the top of the page, click Delete account
.
- In the confirmation window, click Proceed to confirm you want to continue with deleting the account.
- Enter the account name into the confirmation field exactly as it appears in the window.

Click Delete.
If there are no remaining licenses in the account, the account will be deleted. Users will be redirected to another account in the region if possible.
An account can only be deleted if there are no licenses in it. If the account has any non-deleted licenses of any status (Active, Expired, or Suspended) or has licenses marked as deleted but not yet permanently deleted, the account cannot be deleted.
