This article lists Revizto network requirements.

Firewall

If your company uses a firewall, allow access to the domains and open the ports listed in the following sections.

• Revizto traffic
• Time sync

Revizto traffic

Allow access to the following domains:

• *.revizto.com
• ec2*.amazonaws.com
• s3*.amazonaws.com

The KSA region server need access to the following domains:

• *.aliyuncs.com

Open the following port:

• 443

Time sync

To allow time sync with an NTP server, allow access to domain "time.aws.com" and open port 123 for this domain.

If you block NTP access, Revizto will sync time with the Revizto server using port 443. If you access Revizto from a region other than your home region, the server response may take a while. In rare cases, your issues might get out of sync.

We don't provide the option to use custom NTP servers. 

Proxy server

If your company is using a proxy server, specify the proxy server settings for Revizto.

To specify proxy server settings:

1. Run the Revizto application.
2. Before you sign in, in the upper-right corner, click Proxy server settings.
3. Enter the proxy server settings and click OK.

Mail server

To ensure that your mail server does not filter out notifications from Revizto, add "no-reply@revizto.com" to the safe senders list.
