In AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or Plant 3D, the Revizto plug-in buttons are not clickable Follow

Problem

In AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or Plant 3D, clicking any button on the Revito 5 toolbar has no effect.

Solution

If a project is open and the buttons are still unavailable, the Revizto plug-in file does not match the current authoring tool or Revizto version. Perform the following steps:

  1. In AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or Plant 3D, go to Manage > User Interface.
  2. In the All Customization Files list, find Partial Customization Files > REVIZTOEXPORT5.
  3. Right-click REVIZTOEXPORT5 and click Unload REVIZTO5.CUIX.
  4. Click Apply.
  5. Go to Manage > User Interface.
  6. Right-click Partial Customization files and click Load partial customization file.
  7. Open the AutoCAD plug-ins folder, select the file revizto5.cuix, and click Apply.

    Example path: C:\ProgramData\Autodesk\ApplicationPlugins\Revizto Export 5 2023.bundle\Contents\Resources\revizto5.cuix.

    If the file is missing, reinstall Revizto.
