License administrators can view license logs and export them to spreadsheets for further analysis. A license log includes important operations (both completed and failed) performed in the license and in the projects assigned to the license.

Viewing license logs

License administrators can view license logs.

To view a license log:

1. Sign in to ws.revizto.com.

2. If you are a member of several licenses, ensure that the correct license is selected.

   

3. Go to License Management Tools, and then select License Log.

   

   You can filter the log by operation type, project, author, and time period. 

   

   You can sort log records by clicking some column headers. To change the sorting order, click the same header again.

Exporting license logs to spreadsheets

License administrators can export a license log to a Microsoft Excel spreadsheet for further analysis. If a log is filtered, the resulting spreadsheet contains only records that match the filter.

To export a license log to a spreadsheet:

1. Open a license log.

   See Viewing license logs.

2. In the upper-right corner, click Export to Excel.

   The resulting file is downloaded to your computer.
