Managing account, license, and project info Follow
Every organization account, license, and project has a dedicated info page that provides an overview of its essential information. All users can access these pages for key details, while administrators can view and manage the information and settings directly from each page.
Required permissions
Users with administrator-level roles are able to manage account, license, or project info. You can view your roles from the Account info/Manage account info, License Info, or Project info pages in Revizto Workspace. See Account and license roles or Managing project roles for more information.
If you are unable to manage account, license, or project info, contact your account admin, license administrator, or project administrator.

Account info
All organization account members can see essential account information from Account info or Manage account info (depending on your account role).
Standard users can see the account name and ID, their role in the account, and the account admins and their contact information in Account info, however they cannot edit any information.
Account owners and admins, meanwhile, can manage account settings and data and see additional account information in Manage account info as described in the table below.
To access account info:
- Sign in to ws.revizto.com.
- If you are a member of several accounts, ensure that the correct account is selected.

Open the Tools dropdown menu, then select either Account info or Manage account info. The available option depends on your role in the account.
Account owners and admins can access the following information under Managing account info:

The total number of users in the account. Clicking Account users will open a list of all users in the account. |
| Account projects |
The total number of projects in the account. Clicking Account projects will take you to the Project administration page, which lists all projects in the account. |

Account licenses
|
The total number of licenses in the account. Clicking Account licenses will take you to the License administration page, which lists all licenses in the account. |
| Account name |
The account name that is visible to all account members. Account owners and admins can edit the account name. To edit the account name:

| Account ID | A unique identification number for the account that is visible to all account members. |
|
Your role in the account
|
Your account role. All account members can view their specific role from the Account info/Manage account info page. Account owners and admins can change the account roles of other account members. |

Account owner
|
The owner of the account. The account owner can transfer ownership to another person by clicking Edit |
|
IT security contacts
|
The email addresses of individuals responsible for IT security within your organization. They may receive security-related communications from Revizto. Account owners and admins can view and edit these email addresses.

Company logo
|
Account owners and admins can add a company logo to the account that is visible to all account members and can be used in reports. The license-level company logo supersedes the account-level company logo if both have been set. To add a company logo:

Billing contacts
|
The email addresses of individuals responsible for purchasing Revizto licenses in your organization. They may receive billing-related communications from Revizto. Account owners and admins can view and edit these email addresses. To edit the billing contacts:

Company email domains
|
Account members with the email domains listed in this field are treated as internal account members. Full members of this account that belong to the listed email domains might be eligible to be guests in licenses in other accounts issued in the same region with the appropriate Cross-license collaboration settings as described in Account and license roles > Guests. |

Who can edit additional fields
|
The license and project members who are able to edit the additional fields company, department, and location for users in their licenses and projects. Values in these fields apply to the user in all licenses and projects in the account. To edit this who can manage additional fields:

Selecting or clearing these checkboxes will show or hide the user fields: company, department, and location in user information throughout the account. If you hide a field that used to be visible, consider reviewing charts and reports that might have used the field. |
Account owners can also delete the organization account from the Manage account info page. Only accounts with no licenses in them can be deleted to prevent the accidental loss of important information.
To delete an account:
Account deletion is permanent. Once an account is deleted, access to the account will be lost and account data will be permanently deleted.
- Sign in to ws.revizto.com.
- If you are a member of several accounts, ensure that the correct account is selected.

Open the Tools dropdown menu, then select Manage account info.
- At the top of the page, click Delete account
.
- In the confirmation window, click Proceed to confirm you want to continue with deleting the account.
- Enter the account name into the confirmation field exactly as it appears in the window.

Click Delete.
If there are no remaining licenses in the account, the account will be deleted. Users will be redirected to another account in the region if possible.
An account can only be deleted if there are no licenses in it. If the account has any non-deleted licenses of any status (Active, Expired, or Suspended) or has licenses marked as deleted but not yet permanently deleted, the account cannot be deleted.
License info
All license members can see essential license information from the license's License info tab, including the license name, their role in the license, and the license administrators.
Members with license administrator rights, meanwhile, can view and edit additional license information.
To access license info:
Accessing License info depends on your role in the license.
If you are a license administrator or above:
- Sign in to ws.revizto.com.
- If you are a member of several accounts, ensure that the correct account is selected.

Open the Tools dropdown menu, then select License administration.
- Click the name of the license you want to view. This will open the license's License info page.
If you are not a license administrator:
- Sign in to ws.revizto.com.
- If you are a member of several accounts, ensure that the correct account is selected.
- Open a project under the license you want to view.

From the Project info page, click the name of the project's license under License. This will open the license's License info page.
License administrators can access the following information under License info:

The number of user slots in the license, both occupied and total. The super administrator, guest members, and members of the Waiting for approval list don’t occupy license slots. The total number of user slots depends on your subscription plan. To change it, contact your Revizto sales executive. |
| Projects |
The total number of project slots in the license, both occupied and total. The total number of project slots depends on your subscription plan. To change it, contact your Revizto sales executive. |
| Account |
The name of the account the license is housed under which is visible to all license members. Account owners and admins can edit this name from the Manage account info page as described above in Account info. |

License name
|
The license name that is visible to all license members. License administrators can edit the license name. To edit the license name:

Your role in the license
|
Your license role. All license members can view their specific role from the License info. License administrators can change the license roles of other license members. See Editing license user details. |

|

The license rules governing cross-license collaboration for the license. This controls whether license members can be guests in other licenses or if this license accepts guests. To change these options, contact your Revizto sales executive. |

Expiration date
|
The license expiration date. To extend the license subscription, contact a Revizto sales executive. |

Subscription plan
|
The license subscription plan: Standard or Revizto+. To change the subscription plan, contact your Revizto sales executive. |

Company logo
|

Account owners can transfer licenses to another account. To transfer a license to another account, refer to Transferring licenses between accounts.
Account owners, account admins, and super administrators can also delete the license from the License info page.
To delete a license:
License deletion is permanent. Once a license is deleted, access to the license will be lost and license data will be permanently deleted.

Project info
All project members can see essential project information from the project's Project info tab, including the project title, the project's account and license, and the project owner.
Members with project administrator rights, meanwhile, can edit project information.
To access project info:
- Sign in to ws.revizto.com.
- If you are a member of several accounts, ensure that the correct account is selected.

Open the Tools dropdown menu, then select My projects.
- Open your desired project. This will open the project's Project info page.
All project members can view the following information under Project info:

Project administrators can add a thumbnail to the project that can be used in reports. To add or change a project thumbnail:

| Title |
The project title name that is visible to all project members. Project administrators can edit the license name. To edit the title:

| Account |
The name of the account the project is housed under. Account owners and admins can edit this name from the Manage account info page as described above in Account info. |
| License |
The name of the license the project is housed under. License administrators can edit this name from the License info page as described above in License info. |
| Created | The date the project was created. |
| Owner |
The project owner. The project owner, license administrators, account owner, or account admins can transfer this role to another person. See Editing projects > Changing the project owner. |
| Abbreviation |
An abbreviation for the project. Abbreviations are used in project lists and as the issue ID prefix in the issue tracker. Project administrators can edit the abbreviation.

| Updated | The date the project was last updated. For active projects, this is the later of the updated timestamp or latest version date (generated when the project is synced). For archived projects, this is the date the project was archived. |
| Tags |
Tags that have been added to the project. License administrators and above can add, edit, and remove project tags.
To remove tags:
There might be a slight delay, but you will receive a notification when the tag has been removed. |
Besides viewing project information, project members can also import and export project settings, leave projects, and download templates from the top menu bar of the Project info page:
- Import or export project settings such as issue tags, issue workflows, filter presets, and stamp templates into another project. Click Import settings to import settings from a different project into the currently open project, or click Export settings to export settings from the currently open project to another project.
- Any project member except the project owner can leave a project. Project owners can leave a project after transferring ownership to another project member. To leave a project, refer to Leaving projects.
- Standard templates include appearance templates, clash tests, search sets, and Power BI dashboard templates. To download the set of standard templates, click Download standard templates and follow the prompts to select the correct language and measurement systems. The templates will be downloaded in the zipper folder "<Measurement system>+Templates.zip". Additionally, project owners, license administrators, and account admins can delete and archive projects. To archive or delete a project, refer to Archiving, restoring, and deleting projects.
