License administrators can view a list of license member’s projects.

• For full members, they can view the projects covered by this license and the projects covered by other licenses where this person has guest membership.
• For guest members, they can view the projects covered by this license.

We recommend that you view a full license member’s projects before deactivating or deleting them, as this might suspend them in other licenses where they have guest membership.

To view a license member’s projects:

1. Sign in to ws.revizto.com.

2. If you are a member of several licenses, ensure that the correct license is selected.

   

3. Go to License Management Tools, and then select User Management.

   

4. In the Name column, click the license member name.

5. Scroll down to the Projects Involved list.

   For projects covered by this license, you can view the project name, project ID, role in the project, and last user activity date. Archived projects appear grayed out.

   For projects covered by other licenses, you can view project ID, license name, and last user activity date. You cannot see whether a project is archived.
