Assigning authentication methods to existing license users Follow
License administrators can assign authentication methods from the User Management page of Revizto Workspace. License administrators can assign authentication methods to all license members, except for themselves and the super administrator of the license. Assigning authentication methods

- If you are a member of several licenses, ensure that the correct license is selected.
- Open the Tools dropdown, go to License Management Tools, and then select User Management.
- In the Name column, click the license user name.
- You can select multiple users by clicking their checkboxes.
- Click the Edit users button, located above the user list, to open the User info panel.
- Select an authentication method from the Authentication method dropdown.
- Click Update.
Note: The chosen authentication method will be applied to all selected users.
Troubleshooting
Q: A super administrator of a license cannot sign in because their authentication method is inactive or not specified.
A: As regular license administrators cannot change the authentication method of the super administrator, the only way to correct this is to submit a support request.
