I remember my password but can't sign in to Revizto
Check the following:
- You are signing in to the correct region.
- Revizto accounts created in one of the global server locations will not be able to access projects on either the China or KSA servers. The server groups (China, KSA, and global) do not interact so a distinct Revizto account is required for each one, even if you already have a Revizto account on another server.
- You have entered the correct email address. If you have several emails, confirm that you are using the email address used for registration at Revizto Workspace.
- You have entered the correct password (try copying it from the clipboard).
If the problem persists, ask your license administrator to check your authentication parameters. License administrators can manage users in Revizto Workspace, from the Tools dropdown menu, under License Management Tools.
"Revizto server is unreachable at the moment" error
This error appears when the Revizto application can't connect to the server, usually due to incorrect local network configuration. Try the following:
- If your company uses a proxy server, open the proxy settings and ensure that the proxy server address, username, and password are correct.
- Check whether a firewall is blocking the connection. To learn how to configure your firewall, see Revizto network requirements.
To confirm it's a local problem, you can go to status.revizto.com and check the operational status of your region.
"You have reached the limit of devices for your account" error
This error appears when you are already signed in to the Revizto application on 5 devices simultaneously. It is followed by a list of devices.
To be able to sign in on this device, sign out from any of the 5 devices listed in the error message by clicking Delete .
"Internal Error" error
This error appears in the Revizto application version 5.7 or earlier when you are already signed in to the Revizto application on 5 devices simultaneously.
To be able to sign in on this device, sign out from any of the 5 devices actively signed in to the Revizto application. You can force sign out of any device from Revizto Workspace.
In Revizto 5.8 or later, you will be prompted to force sign out of other devices right in the Revizto application.
