If you assign a single sign-on authentication method to a license member, provide them with authentication instructions. For more information, see Signing in using single sign-on authentication.
Assigning authentication methods to license members added from the "Users" page
License administrators can add people to licenses from the "Users" page.
If there are several authentication methods configured in a license, a license administrator assigns an authentication method to each license member.
Assigning authentication methods to license members imported from spreadsheets
License administrators can import people to licenses from spreadsheets.
All license members added from a spreadsheet will have the same authentication method. A license administrator assigns the authentication method during the import.
Assigning authentication methods to license members added through project invitations
Project administrators can add people to projects through project invitations. When they add a user who is not a license member, the user's authentication method might require a license administrator's approval.
To learn how to assign them authentication methods and approve their license membership, see Approving license members added through project invitations.
