A Revizto license usually has a limited number of license member slots.
License administrators can view the number of occupied and available license slots and free some of the license slots.
For more information, see the following sections:
- Understanding license slots
- License slot usage example
- Viewing license slots
- Optimizing license slots
A license member usually occupies a license slot. However, due to some exceptions, the number of occupied slots is less than the number of license members.
A license member occupies a license slot if both of the following conditions are met:
- Their license role is Administrator, Content creator, or Collaborator.
- Their status in the license is "Active," "Pending," or "Suspended."
A license member does not occupy a license slot in any of the following cases:
Users that appear in the "Waiting for approval" list are not license members, and therefore they do not occupy license slots.

Viewing license slots
License administrators can view the number of occupied license slots and the total number of license slots. To learn how these numbers are calculated, see Understanding license slots.
To view license slots:
Sign in to ws.revizto.com.
If you are a member of several licenses, ensure that the correct license is selected.
Go to License Management Tools and select License Info.
The number of occupied license slots and the number of total license slots are displayed in the upper-left corner.
Optimizing license slots
License administrators can monitor the activity of license members. This helps to identify people who no longer work on any projects.
License administrators can deactivate people who do not work in any projects to free license slots.
