Managing license slots Follow
A Revizto license usually has a limited number of license member slots.
License administrators can view the number of occupied and available license slots and free some of the license slots.

Understanding license slots
A license member usually occupies a license slot. However, due to some exceptions, the number of occupied slots is less than the number of license members.
A license member occupies a license slot if both of the following conditions are met:
- Their license role is Administrator, Content creator, or Collaborator.
- Their status in the license is "Active," "Pending," or "Suspended."
A license member does not occupy a license slot in any of the following cases:
- Their license role is Super administrator or Guest.
- They are deactivated.
Users that appear in the "Waiting for approval" list are not license members, and therefore they do not occupy license slots.
