1. In the Revizto application, open a project.
2. Go to Edit, then click Project integrations.
3. Under Asite, click Connect Project.
4. Select your Asite region from the dropdown menu. 
5. Click Sign in.
   • You will be prompted to sign in to Asite. If you signed in to Asite earlier, Revizto might skip this step.
   • If the sign in window does not disappear or let you sign in, see Troubleshooting.
6. Click Connect Project.

This connects a Revizto project to an Asite project, giving you access to its files. To learn how to import sheets from the Asite project, see Importing sheets.

Disconnecting a Revizto project from an Asite project will remove access to that project's files without signing you out of the Asite account connected to your Revizto account. 

1. In the Revizto application, open a project.
2. Do one of the following:
   • Go to Edit, click Project integrations then, under Asite, click Disconnect.
   • Go to Docs, click the home icon  in the upper-left corner, then select the Asite folder and click Disconnect.
3. Confirm the disconnection.

Before a Revizto project can be connected to Autodesk Forma projects, the Revizto integration needs to be authorized in Autodesk. You can find the Revizto integration in the Autodesk marketplace while signed into your Autodesk Forma account.

1. Log in to Autodesk Forma as an account admin and open your project. 
2. Click the home dropdown menu located in the upper-left of the page. 

3. Click Account Admin.

   

• In Autodesk Forma, Account admin access is different from Project admin access. Account admin access is required to install apps and authorize data transfer. Existing Autodesk Forma account admins can change project member's access to Account admin under Account admin > Members.

4. Click Apps, then click Revizto from the list of available apps. 
5. Click Add to Build.
6. Click Authorize.

1. In the Revizto application, open a project.
2. Go to Edit, then click Project integrations.
3. Under Autodesk Forma, click Connect Project.
   • You will be prompted to sign in to Autodesk Forma. If you signed in to Autodesk Forma earlier, Revizto might skip this step.
   • If the sign in window does not disappear or let you sign in, see Troubleshooting.
4. Click Allow to authorize the connection with Revizto.
5. Select the Autodesk Forma hub, then select a project.
   • If you are having trouble signing into Autodesk or you don't see your project, see Troubleshooting. 
6. Click Connect to Autodesk Forma.

This connects a Revizto project to an Autodesk Forma project, giving you access to its files. To learn how to import sheets from the Autodesk Forma project, see Importing sheets.

Disconnecting a Revizto project from an Autodesk Forma project will remove access to that project's files without signing you out of the Autodesk Forma account connected to your Revizto account.

4. Click the folder then, in the upper-right corner, click Connect folder.

This connects a Revizto project to a Box folder, giving you access to its files. To learn how to import sheets from the Box folder, see Importing sheets.

Disconnecting a Revizto project from a Box folder will remove access to that folder's files without signing you out of the Box account connected to your Revizto account.

1. In the Revizto application, open a project.
2. Do one of the following:
   • Go to Edit,click Project integrations, then under Box, select the folder that you want to disconnect and click Disconnect folder.
   • Go to Docs, click the home icon in the upper-left  corner, then select the Box folder and click Disconnect.
3. Confirm the disconnection.

1. In the Revizto application, open a project.
2. Go to Edit, then click Project integrations.
3. Under Procore, click Connect Project.
   • You will be prompted to sign in to Procore. If you signed in to Procore earlier, Revizto might skip this step.
   • If the sign in window does not disappear or let you sign in, see Troubleshooting.
4. Select a Procore organization and project.
5. Select at least one of the following checkboxes:
   • RFI: Allows the creation of Procore RFIs based on Revizto issues, attaching Revizto issues to Procore RFIs, and viewing RFI statuses in Revizto.
   • Access to project documents: Allow access to Procore project documents.
6. Click Connect to Procore.

This connects a Revizto project to a Procore project, giving you access to its files. To learn how to import sheets from the Procore project, see Importing sheets.

1. In the Revizto application, open a project.
2. Go to Edit, then click Project integrations.
3. Under Procore, click Edit.
   • You will be prompted to sign in to Procore. If you signed in to Procore earlier, Revizto might skip this step.
   • If the sign in window does not disappear or let you sign in, see Troubleshooting.
4. Edit the integration settings, then click Apply.
5. In the Confirmation window, click OK.

Disconnecting a Revizto project from a Procore project will remove access to that project's files without signing you out of the Procore account connected to your Revizto account.

1. In the Revizto application, open a project.
2. Do one of the following:
   • Go to Edit, click Project integrations then, under Procore, click Disconnect.
   • Go to Docs, click the home icon  in the upper-left corner, then select the Procore folder and click Disconnect.
3. Confirm the disconnection.

2. Go to Edit, then click Project integrations.
3. Under Sharepoint, click Connect Project.
4. Enter the SharePoint site URL then click Continue. We recommend that you copy the URL from a web browser.
   • You will be prompted to sign in to Microsoft SharePoint. If you signed in to Microsoft SharePoint earlier, Revizto might skip this step.
   • If the sign in window does not disappear or let you sign in, see Troubleshooting.
5. Select the libraries that you want to connect to your Revizto project.
6. In the upper-right corner, click Connect project.

This connects a Revizto project to a SharePoint site, giving you access to its files. To learn how to import SharePoint-hosted sheets, see Importing sheets.

1. In the Revizto application, open a project.
2. Go to Edit, then click Project integrations.
3. Under Sharepoint, click Settings.
   • You will be prompted to sign in to Microsoft SharePoint. If you signed in to Procore earlier, Revizto might skip this step.
   • If the sign in window does not disappear or let you sign in, see Troubleshooting.
4. Edit the integration settings, then click Apply.

Disconnecting a Revizto project from a SharePoint site will remove access to that site's files without signing you out of the SharePoint account connected to your Revizto account.

1. In the Revizto application, open a project.
2. Do one of the following:
   • Go to Edit, click Project integrations then, under Sharepoint, click Disconnect.
   • Go to Docs, click the home icon  in the upper-left corner, then select the Microsoft SharePoint folder and click Disconnect.
3. Confirm the disconnection.

1. In the project, under your name in the upper-right corner, click Profile settings. This will open your profile settings in Revizto Workspace. 
   • You can also go directly to ws.revizto.com, and click your name in the upper-right corner, then click Profile settings.
2. Go to the Integrations tab. 
3. Next to the relevant integration, click Sign out.
4. Confirm signing out. 

You will be signed out of the CDE account in Revizto. You can sign in again at any point from the Profile Settings > Integrations tab.

A: This can happen when your Revizto accounts in the application and Revizto Workspace are different. Ensure that you sign in with the same account and region, then try again. 

A: You need the Account admin role in Autodesk Forma. The account admin for your organization can add this to your account through Account admin > Members and change your account's access level to Account admin.

A: The Revizto integration is not authorized either on the Autodesk account or the specified Autodesk Forma project. See the steps for authorizing Revizto in Autodesk Forma.
