Revizto users with the "Export sheets to PDF" right can export sheets to PDF files, however this feature is only available on Windows devices. 

• Exporting multiple sheets to PDF files
• Exporting a single sheet to a PDF file
• Exporting a previous CDE sheet version to a PDF file

Exporting multiple sheets to PDF files

To export sheets to PDF files:

1. In the Revizto application, open a project.

2. At the top of the application window, click 2D.

3. On the top toolbar, click Export to PDF .

   If this button is unavailable, you do not have enough rights.

4. Select sheets or folders.

5. At the top, click Export.

   

6. Enter or select the following:

   Option	Description
   Include issues	Select an issue filter. Issues that match the filter (both issues on the sheet and issues projected to the sheet) will be added to the PDF file as pins or markups.
   Print issues as	Select whether you want to add issues as pins or markups. If you select pins, specify the pin size.
   Export multiple sheets as	Select whether you want to save all the sheets to a single PDF file, or create a separate PDF file for each sheet. This option is available only if you select multiple sheets.

7. Click OK.

8. Enter the file name, select a folder, and click Save.

Exporting a single sheet to a PDF file

To export a sheet to a PDF file:

1. In the Revizto application, open a project.

2. At the top of the application window, click 2D.

3. Select a sheet and open it.

4. On the top toolbar, click Export to PDF .

   If this button is unavailable, you do not have enough rights.

5. Enter or select the following:

   Option	Description

Exporting a previous CDE sheet version to a PDF file

If you are running the Revizto application on a desktop computer, you can export previous versions of CDE sheets to PDF files.

To export a previous CDE sheet version to a PDF file:

1. In the Revizto application, open a project.

2. At the top of the application window, click 2D.

3. Click the sheet that you want to view. This opens the preview pane at the right. If the pane is missing, on the top toolbar, click .

4. In the preview pane, click Versions.

5. Double-click the version that you want to export.

6. On the top toolbar, click Export .

7. Enter the file name and click Save.
