Managing project logs Follow
A project log includes important operations (both completed and failed) performed in the project.
Project administrators and license administrators can view project logs and export them to spreadsheets for further analysis.

Viewing project logs
Project administrators can view the logs of their projects. License administrators can view the logs of any project that belongs to the license.
Viewing project logs as a project administrator
To view a project log:

Sign in to ws.revizto.com.

If you are a member of several licenses, ensure that the correct license is selected.

Go to Tools, and then select My Projects.

Open a project.

On the top toolbar, click Project Log.
You can filter the log by operation type, author, and time period. To clear the filter, click Reset.
You can sort log records by clicking some column headers. To change the sorting order, click the same header again.
Viewing project logs as a license administrator
To view a project log:
- Open the license log.
- Filter the log by the project.
Exporting project logs to spreadsheets
Project administrators can export logs of their projects to Microsoft Excel spreadsheets. License administrators can export the logs of any project that belongs to the license.

To export a project log to a spreadsheet:

If you filter the log, the resulting spreadsheet will contain only records that match the filter.

In the upper-right corner, click Export to Excel.
The resulting file is downloaded to your computer.

To export a project log to a spreadsheet:

Filter the log by project.
If you apply other filters, the resulting spreadsheet will contain only records that match the filters.

In the upper-right corner, click Export to Excel.
The resulting file is downloaded to your computer.
