Getting access to Revizto Follow
Revizto users with administrative privileges (account admins, license administrators, and project administrators) can add users to their organization accounts, licenses, and projects. Invitations can be sent to existing Revizto users as well as new users who do not have an individual Revizto account.
If you receive an invitation to a Revizto account, license, or project, how you access it will depend on if you already have an individual Revizto account or you need to create one.
- If you already have an individual Revizto account, see Signing in to your Revizto account.
- If you do not have a Revizto account, see Registering your account from an invitation
- If you are having trouble accessing the account, license, or project you were invited to, see Troubleshooting access issues
If you are new to Revizto, check out the following articles to help you get started:
Signing in to your Revizto account
If you already have an individual Revizto account, you can sign in via the Revizto app and Revizto Workspace. Signing in through the app grants direct access to your projects, whereas signing in to Revizto Workspace displays your organization accounts, licenses, and projects with teams and accessible resources for each. Reviewing Revizto Workspace is a great first step to familiarize yourself with the basics of the account, license, or project you have been invited to before working in the app.
To sign in to Revizto Workspace:
- Navigate to ws.revizto.com/login.
- Depending on your account's authentication method, select either Revizto login or SSO.
- If you have questions about your account authentication method, contact your Revizto administrator.
- Enter your account credentials as prompted to complete the sign-in process.
- If you do not know your password for Revizto login or are not able to sign in, see I can't sign in to Revizto.
Upon successful sign in, you will be able view all your organization accounts, licenses, or projects, including the ones you were just invited to.
If, after signing in to your account, you don't see what you were invited to, confirm you are in the correct organization account or license. You can view your accounts, licenses, or projects in Revizto Workspace by clicking Accounts or opening the Tools menu on the top toolbar.
Registering your account from an invitation
If you are invited to a Revizto account, license, or project and you do not have an individual Revizto account, you will need to make one.
In your invitation email from Revizto, click on the registration link to create your new Revizto account. Once your Revizto account is registered, you can sign in and access the account, license, or project you were invited to.
If you have not received an invitation email or your invitation link has expired after 72 hours, then contact your administrator to ask for a new invitation.
Troubleshooting access issues
If you know you were invited to an account, license, or project but are having trouble accessing it, refer to the frequently asked questions below:
Q: What should I do if I haven't received an invitation email?
A: Check your spam or junk folders and ensure you are checking the email address that the invitation was sent to. Additionally, ask your administrator to confirm your user account is not pending approval. If your account is waiting for approval, you will receive an invitation email once it's approved.
Account admins, for more information on the approvals workflow, see Approving users added through license or project invitations.
Q: What if my invitation link has expired?
A: Registration links expire after 72 hours. If it has been longer than 72 hours since it was sent, ask the administrator who invited you to resend the email.
Administrators, for more information on resending an invitation, see Adding users to licenses or Managing project teams.
Q: What if I have an account or completed registration but still can't access the account, license, or project I was invited to?
A: Reach out to your administrator to confirm you have been properly invited to that account, license, or project and that you are not pending approval.
Account admins, for more information on the approvals workflow, see see Approving users added through license or project invitations.
Q: What should I do if my organization has an account, but I don't have access?
A: Ask your administrator to add you to the account.
Q: What if I have tried all troubleshooting steps and still need help?
A: If you have verified the above steps and are still having issues or the invitation link does not work, contact support.
